Job Description

Should have 10 – 15 Years of experience with minimum 2-3 years as Technical Manager for JAVA/J2EE Technologies.
Should have technical & management skills, Effort Estimation, Risk Management.
Need to be expert in Java, J2EE, (JSP, Servlet), EJB, Bean, Spring MVC, JCA, Oracle, AJAX, HTML, and JavaScript (Need not Code, But solution on all).
Should have experience with open source technologies and frameworks such as Struts, Spring, JSLT, and Hibernate.
Should have experienced in Object Oriented Analysis and design.
Need to have exposure in java application development concepts including Architecture, Performance Tuning, Design, Building, Testing, and Deployment.
Should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
Should have in depth team management experience.
