Delegate Sales executive (Maharashtra)

Job Description

– Maintaining and developing relationships with international customers
– Preparation and submission of commercial offers
– Conducting business correspondence
– Implementation of the designated sales plans
– Research new leads and try close them.
Working across various portfolios of events, you will be responsible for selling delegate spaces to new and existing clients in the international market with a focus on our events in Asia. Your initial mission is to maximise sales on our conferences throughout the business calendar. You will contact the prospect and close deals over the phone.

Requirements

Active Communications Pvt Ltd (ACI) requires Delegate Sales Executives to join our current team as we expand the ACI operation here in Pune, India. We are looking for team-players who are motivated, confident at hitting targets, with excellent spoken English and enthusiastic to improve their own prospects. The positions offered come with an opportunity for the right candidate to become Team Managers within months.
1. Experienced candidates only. (Min. 6 months international telesales experience for Executive position) and (Min. 1 year of proven experience in Global Conference Sales and of Team Management for Team Manager/Sales Manager position)

I am only looking for motivated, confident and enthusiastic people who can close the deals over the phone. Later they will train, recruit and manage other executives when promoted as manager (this will be in 2 months only if they prove themselves by hitting their targets which is minimum 4 sales a month).
Candidates must be having experience of selling to international clients and must have excellent communication skills and grasping power.
I am looking for people who are target-oriented, money-minded, hungry to get more sales and money. I do not want to have basic salary oriented people or coming to enjoy day-shifts as its waste of my and theirs time.
I want to have pro commission people who are young and buzzy
2. Candidates must have excellent English speaking skills.
3. ACI is currently looking for immediate starters.
4. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome.
