URGENT REQUIREMENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER EXPRESS & CARGO FOR OUR KOLKATA,MUMBAI,CHENNAI,AHMEDABAD & BANGALORE LOCATIONS

Designation: Business Development Manager
Industry: Express & Cargo
Location: Kolkata
Qualification: Graduate/ Preferably MBA
Experience: 5- 8 Years (3-4 yrs in Express & Cargo)
Salary: 2.4 L PA + Allowances

Skill: Knowledge of transport, logistics industry,Solve problem with out stress – cool headed,Indepth knowledge of assigned territory,Self starter, Relation ship builder, Result Orientation , Convincing and Negotiation,Team and Time management,Sound Analytical skill etc.

Special Attributes preferred:-
A self-starter with ability to deliver in strict target driven and time schedule, and an inclination for multitasking, shall be sure advantage.

Job Responsibilities:-
1. Expanding the business by making new clients.
2. Engagement of new franchise
3. Coordination with operation staffs and ensuring delivery in time
4. Follow-up with existing client and making strong relationship.
5.Maintaining Daily Sales Reports and keeping CRM, CSD in the loop, besides direct reporting to RM.
5. responsible for end to end services .
