We are hiring for International Voice Process Technical & Customer Support Associate required with the following skill set:
· Opening in Associate/Executive Level ONLY & for Voice process
· Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
· Ability to analyse and solve customer queries over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES & NO TARGETS)
· Lucrative Salary & Incentives (Rs. 1.5Lacs – 3.0 Lacs Take Home + Performance Incentives + Attendance Incentives)
· 5 days working (2 days Off )
· Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
· Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Life Insurance etc. provided

· Fresher / Experienced Candidates
· Undergraduates & Graduates in any stream
· 18-45 years of age.
· B.E. & BTech are eligible
· MTech, MBA& MCA are NOT eligible
· Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
· Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
· Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
· Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
· Ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process
