Full time English Language Trainers (females) - open to travel all over South India (Karnataka)

Job Description

We have an opportunity for full-time English Language Trainers (multiple positions) to train people from diverse backgrounds. Must have excellent communication, should be able to make a “visible learning impact” and bring out the results as the focus of training is on increasing employability of the learners

– Focus to be on “Applied & Functional English” and not theoretical learning

– Using and innovative creative learning methodologies to make classes interactive (we do not want PPT-driven trainings)

– Taking the ownership for shaping the careers of the learners through the sessions

– Working closely with the front-end team to analyse the needs of the prospective students and suggest the suitable module. 

– Regular assessments, feedback and follow-ups to map the needle movement in the learning

– Willing to travel to other training locations in Karnataka (and other southern regions), as and when required.
