Job Description

* Handles the guest registration process and the assisting of guests with any requests they make.
* Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.
* Answers inquiries pertaining to services.
* Computes bill, collects payment.
* Maintains the desired levels of quality assurance ratings, including guest comment cards, accounting audit and inspection scores.
* Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Excellent communication skills ( English,Bengali and Hindi).
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
* Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
