Designation: Education Officer cum Key Accounts Manager

Location: Chennai / Mumbai

Department: Academic

Remuneration : 3 – 3.5 Lac PA

Experience required : 1-3 yrs in Education Industry

Job Summary:

An Key accounts Manager will be in charge of the school ecosystem managing school stakeholders (Trustees, Directors, Principals, administrators, teachers, coordinators, students and parents) in the successful implementation of Client.. By guiding, training, and advising all these stakeholders throughout the academic year

The Key accounts Manager will study the requirements of the school, document them, and deliver the appropriate services to meet school’s expectations. The Key accounts Manager conducts training and workshops for teacher training and activities/workshops/camps for students. To summarize, she/he is responsible for supporting schools to use

The Key accounts Managerr will be required to perform the following tasks: 

1. Maintain relationship with school-based stakeholders (principals,administrators, teachers, coordinators) and communicate/liaise with them on a regular basis to ensure their expectations are met and their requirements are incorporated. Interaction with students is also expected to have a check on impact.

2. Create a plan for implementation per school and conduct workshops and training sessions based on a needs analysis. This will comprise both modes of interaction – onsite and remote.

3. Visit clients to explain product details and understand their requirements and their school eco-system.

4. Develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills related to Client as well as other content as required from time to time.

5. Conduct classroom observations, and hand hold teachers in using Client software content and provide guidance on teaching learning strategies in an effective way

6. Conduct Annual Teachers Training, conferences, workshops camps etc

7. Moderate online engagement platforms for computer science educators

8. Data analysis and part of technological advancement process

9. Active part in different committees and engage in product / service / content creation and up-gradation

10. Representing Client at external events like Education and Technology conferences/seminars as and when required

11. Creation of customized service and implementation plan for school if required after need analysis

Requirements

Skills and qualities desired:

 Graduate in any stream.

 Ability to think clearly and with a systematic approach

 Organized with attention to details

 Sound knowledge of school ecosystem and the educational scenario of the country across various education boards preferred

 Should have computer and Internet skills – office applications, online communication, content sharing

 Should have high level of fluency in English as well as local language, both oral and written

 Should have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Energetic, self-motivated and a team player

 Is able to meet tight deadlines and has the ability to maintain grace under pressure

 Willing to relocate & travel extensively across the country
