Deft at Third Party Inspection Agencies co-ordination with Lloyds Inspection Agency, Tata Projects, SGS Inspections, BIS & Mecon.
Possess excellent analytical and planning skills with abilities in leading and training team members

To get the machined assembled on or before target dates through proper Manpower & material planning.
To train the employees for up gradation the quality of final product.
To prepare MIS- rework /defect index / & to make the corrective & preventive actions accordingly & to communicate same to the management.
Inputs in quality guide lines, procedures, standardized check list /document.
Responsible for entire shop manpower, material management
Planning of activities in sequence keeping in view the availability of material.
To arrange the resources required for successful completion of jobs & Material handling.
Responsible for employees safety & to keep the surrounding environment healthy for people.
Co-ordination to resolve the issues with quality, planning, purchase, machine shop, contract & design

Managing of ISO system & Documentation.

Co-ordinated with customer and Third Party Inspection Agencies during inspection and testing.
Assisted Site Management in effective implementation of approved Quality Plan & Quality Procedures.
Maintained a good relation with client, colleagues, enhanced the productivity and reduced the reworks.
