Job Description

Have to generate revenue by selling life insurance , general insurance, educational franchisee, membership & distributorship of imported organic fertilizers through own built team of minimum 15 Sales Managers ( salary 15k / p.m.).

Should be capable & experience in new team building and handling & guiding them properly.
Should have the capability to generate revenue in any worst condition without showing any lame excuse.

Salary of Area Sales manager INR 40,000/- all inclusive.

Requirements

Must be MBA with a minimum experience of 7 years of team building and business development OR minimum 10 years experience for a graduate candidate.
Should have the best quality of communication skill with a positive thinking quality.
