To spearhead and build the Postpaid Mobility & FL PRI business through channel partners in the corporate accounts.
Exp in managing /handling Postpaid business, Handling channels.
To develop the channel infrastructure as per budgeted plan in order to increase the footprint & acquisition. Develop Channels and ensure they meet the company productivity norms.
Ensuring the quality sales.
Tracking of FBD/ SBD in order to support targeted net adds & control churn as per budget.
On boarding of channel force and ensure their training is done.
Achieving productivity norms for all the Manpower on channel rolls.
Revenue enhancement of Postpaid/ FL postpaid Business month on month basis.
Identify new opportunities for revenue enhancement through close interaction with Channel partners.
Focus on High ARPU customers, Ensuring market leadership among competition
Meet / Exceed overall volume and revenue targets as per AOP. Monitor competition CSAs and provide market intelligence report.
Enhance the data, voice (Mobility and PRI Voice) and data products.
Proficient at handling channel and customers.
Ensure CSAs pay-out are disbursed on time in coordination with the internal teams.
Should have good communication skills, inter personal skills and a complete team player….
