Responsibilities

Co-ordination with Sales Supervisors,IRMs and Bank LGs for resolution, Tele -calling Customers wherever necessary, Co-ordination with Finance/OPS Underwriting/Reconciliation Teams and Assisting in prioritization and pushing issuance. Escalating to the Zonal Head/Business Head wherever necessary.

Addressing Escalated Queries on Dispatch of policy documents, Refund cheque Partial Withdrawal, Surrender Related Issues, Assisting in Special Project Closures, Assisting OPS/Finance in resolving discrepancies escalated.

Training of IRMs/Supervisors/Support Personnel/RAEs in complete processes including system training

Preparation of Daily/Weekly MIS (Operational/Ad-hoc/ Need Basis) for distribution to Regional Teams within specified TATs.
