andling all website related issues surfaced through various channels
New vendor onboarding sourcing, negotiating terms and account setup
Handling weekly conference calls with all stakeholders and handling weekly reports
Allocation of work to team members and training/mentoring new associates to improve quality
Creating/standardizing SOPs for newly on-boarded tasks
Escalation handling RCA and providing permanent fix
Working with cross-functional teams to create new and improved tools/ process improvements
Part of Quality Circle Continuous improvement initiative
Data mining Creating customized BI reports utilized for business reviews using ETL query
