Job description for sales:

1. Should have minimum of 5-8 years of Sales experience and knowledge in a Channel environment out of which 3-4 years needs to be at the execution level (without people management) handling directly couple of districts / district.
2. Another 3-4 years minimum of people management handling a team of more than 7 members should have experience in managing financial P&L.
3. Should have experience of handling different channels Distribution / Direct Retailer / Modern Trade.
4. The candidate should have clearly shown examples of network excellence in his previous experience Should have managed discount and allowances Should be an MBA from a reputed B-School
