Job Description:
Position: Lead Assistant Manager
Job Location: Bangalore
Shift Timings: 4 PM to 1 AM (transportation provided)
Qualification: Bcom/ BBM/ BBA/ Mcom/ MBA (finance)/ CA-Inter/ ICWA-Inter/ CA/ ICWAI
Experience: 6 to 9 Years of Experience in General Ledger
Responsibilities
Should be familiar with Accrual/Prepayment concepts
Assist with monthly accounting closing schedule.
Responsible for account reconciliations as directed.
Hands on involvement in day to day activities by developing an in-depth understanding of the process, systems/application and tools
Prepare adhoc reports on need basis as requested by client
Ensure that delivery is in conformance with defined SLA, targets
Collaborate with peers and other project resources as and when required
Research, identify, and document Issues and Escalations
Monitor the ongoing quality of processing, trouble shoot problems and identity ways to improve the efficient way of processing and the system
Maintain effective documentation.
Should have exposure on month close activities
Skills Required:
BPO experience mandatory
Planning, setting up goals and achieving challenging targets
Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written)
Problem Solving Aptitude
Time management skills to meet challenging delivery timelines
