This role involves handling some of our clients, direct sales, growing the business.
The candidate would need to get acquainted and u0nderstands clients’ needs with the business offerings
He/ She would need to work with his/ her team to identify large potential enterprises for the services offered and penetrate the account to grow LabourNet’s business.
Profile largely includes New Business Development and Account Management through existing sales team.
Punctually follow Sales targets, business generation from the target geographies.
Attending/ participating/ demonstrating services for events organized.
Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposals
Responsible for planning and achieving the monthly target both in billing and collection.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
Implement all sales and marketing activities and maximizing the business opportunity in the key areas assigned.
