SR Recruiter (Karnataka)

Job Description

Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customer’s requirements

* Involved in sourcing profiles through international job portals

* Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates

* Post job on the portals to increase the pool of candidates

* Develop creative way to attract the right people would be interested the opportunity

* Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analysing and screening their resumes

* Conduct skills testing and reference checks

Eligibility:

*Required Minimum 1 years to 5 Years of only into recruitment experience within specifically including full cycle recruitment into permanent or contract staffing (US IT recruitment not eligible)
*Should have excellent communication skills.
*Should have Basic understanding regards contract and permanent staffing, It recruitment.
*Should have good knowledge regards TEK Systems

Qualification:

Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
