Technical Support Executive Recruitment (Delhi-NCR)









Job Description


We are hiring Technical Support Executive (Voice Process) for our company.
Required Skills:
Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP/ Vista/7.
Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet, Emails and Networking.
Good Technical knowledge of operating systems, hardware & software.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers.
Responsible to troubleshoot the technical issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers.
Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers over the phone/ remote access.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Designation: Technical Support Executive/ Technical Support Officer
Qualification: B-Tech, BCA, Graduates, Undergraduates & 12th pass (No regular Course/ No regular classes).
Fresher with excellent communication skills & written English can also apply.
Candidate must be OK with night shifts.
Candidates with good technical knowledge.
Candidates with prior experience in Hardcore technical support / technical support Semi experience are preferred.
Salary: 12K- 25K in-hand plus incentives.
