Job Description

Assess and train supervisors and associates in the selection, packing and shipping of orders
Provide feedback to Senior Warehouse Operations Leadership.
Conduct order shipping inspections to ensure shipment accuracy.
Develop schedule and priorities for picking goods
Understand and provide leadership support for safety and security within the Fulfillment Center.
Ensure high quality of work and maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory.
Confirm required documentation are correctly completed and retained.
Establish and adjust work procedures and shift schedules to meet deadlines as dictated by volume fluctuations.
