For initial one year the position will be based out in Bhopal.
During this one year, candidate will be working on various strategic initiatives with MD Office and will be part of MD Fellowship Program.
After one year in Bhopal, he/she will be moved to any of the corporate locations (Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore) OR State locations (Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Indore, Chandigarh, Aurangabad, Patna) as State Head OR State Vertical Head.
Key Responsibilities of State Head / State Vertical Head :
1) Sales strategy & Independent handling and directly responsible for Corporate/State Ad Sales Revenue.
2) Focus on Yield improvement
3) Market development for respective Ad Sales Vertical Category
4) Volume growth through consumer understanding & regular schemes
5) Team Management ( guide , motivate & mentor them )
6) Channel expansion & engagement
7) Handling sales revenue approx. 20 – 30 crs.
8) Ad revenue to grow in line with market potential.
9) Key account management & Client engagement
10) Drive all sales operations and optimization of team.
11) Drive ROI

Job Description:

Position Summary
Achieving business results in the Retail business through sales of Insurance products. Responsible for Agent recruitment, Agent development and meeting the business targets according to the plan.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Agent Recruitment:

* Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line
* Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
* Implementation of DPLI work processes and adhere to the business norms

2.Agent Development:

* Ensure product knowledge by Company’s ways of training
* Joint field calls (JFC)
* Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
* Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

3.Meet Business Targets:
