Job Description:

Position Summary
Achieving business results in the Retail business through sales of Insurance products. Responsible for Agent recruitment, Agent development and meeting the business targets according to the plan.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Agent Recruitment:

* Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line
* Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
* Implementation of DPLI work processes and adhere to the business norms

2.Agent Development:

* Ensure product knowledge by Company’s ways of training
* Joint field calls (JFC)
* Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
* Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
* Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same

3.Meet Business Targets:

* Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
* Ensuring business is done in an ethical and honest manner which is in compliance to the IRDA norms
* Maintain agent productivity as per business plan

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Graduation (Any discipline)

Experience:

1.Experience and exposure of 1-5 years in sales from Insurance/ Non Insurance Industry

Salary Band: 2.40 LPA & 4.00 LPA
