Gratitude3 Media Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM). This mid level position is ideal for an energetic sales professional with a background at an agency, consulting, or communications firm. Requirements

Sales and Pipeline


Sell digital marketing services, including campaign planning and execution, website design and production, online advertising and video.


Sell corporate and institutional licenses to Gratitude3 Media Pvt. Ltd (GMPL) web tools in conjunction with digital marketing services.


Write client proposals that communicate Gratitude3 Media Pvt. Ltd’s value proposition to prospective clients in a manner appropriate for the target audience.


Communicate GMPL’s value proposition to prospective clients in a manner appropriate for the target audience.


Develop appropriate project scope, pricing, and timing during the business development process according to the client’s needs and the GMPL delivery team’s capabilities.


For each GMPL prospect, collaborate with all appropriate internal parties to help set scope, pricing, client goals, and program objectives.


Sales Support & Pipeline Management


Support office leadership in the development of priority accounts by developing proposals and managing the pitch process as required.


Build, manage and continually develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets for new business.


Originate and develop new leads for office leadership in targeted verticals.


Assist the marketing team in generating awareness of GMPL by attending conferences and promoting GMPL collateral.


Collaborate with other GMPL sales, account management, delivery staff and GMPL management to monitor client satisfaction and ensure successful engagements for projects you develop.


Proven track record of managing and building relationships with new clients and the ability to retain current clients


A proven track record for delivering consistent revenue growth.


Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals.


Excellent in-person presentation skills, relationship building and experience in contract negotiations.


Ability to work with all levels within the team and across the organization.


Comfortable with high volume of client interaction both in person and through phone and email.


Impeccable ethical standards and professional presence.


Must have exceptional writing skills.Understanding of Software-as-a-Service model.
