Job Description
• The HR Manager is the promoter and custodian of Clarks Inn Culture works with assigned business unit, design recruitment plans and develops organization structures and talent plans.
• Develop performance management system and implement it across Clarks Inn Group of Hotels.
• Maintains and enhances programs that support, increase morale and increase retention.
• Maintains a high level of proficiency in fundamental payroll practices and human resources.
• Ensure compliance with statuary and HR/labor Laws
• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
Requirements
• Education: Master’s in Human Resource/ MBA (HR)/ MSW Preferable F&B Background.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Proficient in computer skills: Specifically in SAP/ERP, Tally and Excel.
• Very high Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
