Skills-Having complete knowledge of the legal law rules and regulations of India and International Law.
Well versed with provisions of MOFA Act, Company Law and laws relating to media & entertainment.
Having good drafting skill, should be in position to draft agreement,MOU,Power of Attorney,notices,Plaint,Public notices etc.
Liaisoning with solicitor,advocates,clients and government officials.
Providing effective advice to the company on the legal issue.
Having complete knowledge of the court proceedings.
Well versed with the bye laws of the society.
Coordinating with clients and resolving the legal issue raised by the client.
Vetting and review the contracts,Agreements etc providing the advice.
