Job Description
a) Maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical machineries / equipments / utilities
b) Planning & Implementation of Preventive Maintenance and Break-down Maintenance
c) Supervision of workers engaged in assembling, installing, trouble-shooting and repairing machinery and equipments
d) Inventory management for Spare Parts for smooth running of the Production Line
e) Developing Inspection schedules & training operators on problem solving skills and carry out any other work assigned by the Senior Management from time to time.
Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engg.
Exp. Range – 4 – 6 Yrs. ( Experience from Bakery Industry preferred )
Consultancy will Charge 1 month Salary in two installments from the candidates.

Procedure of interview – There will be two rounds of interview:
• 1st round will consist of Mock Interview Session with grooming at Spearhead Office to prepare the candidates for the interview. We also arrange for Spoken English & Basic Computer Training Programmes by experienced professionals from the Industry wherever required.
• 2nd round will be at the client’s place whereby the final selection would be done.
