Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Work closely with management to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
• Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locating potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Developing negotiation strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements : –
• Degree/Diploma in Business Management or in any Engineering discipline with 4- 6 years of relevant business development experience
• Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
• Possess solid presentation skills.
• Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
• Proficient in English communication
