Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales and managing customer relationships in the assigned territory
Takes a leading role in identifying and qualifying opportunities for selling Digital Product range
Cultivates relationship with existing customer to ensure retention as well as explore possibility of
additional business
Focuses on consultative selling – keeps updated on customer’s business and processes and
develops proper contact-network within accounts
Acts as point of contact for the client, attends to customer issues promptly and provides escalation
path to and from service delivery; Coordinates internally for effective service delivery to customers
Collects order and facilitates execution of order including internal clearance and proper fulfillment
Ensures collections are made as per agreement and overdues do not exceed the norms laid down by
the Company
Ensures proper coordination with telesales so that the leads provided by them are visited as per plan
Tracks customer activity in internal systems in order to maintain customer database, identifies
potential opportunities and therefore helps in sales forecasting
Responsible for maintaining information on existing and prospective accounts, intelligence on
competitor activity, and giving feedback to marketing on new developments in market
Support and drive customer events
Technical Skills & Behavioral Competencies:
