Job Description

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Reviews:
Participate in project meetings.
Contribute to/ suggest improvements in the deliverables functional specifications in the usability and implementability reviews.
Software Development:
Analyze requirement/ program logic provided by Team Lead for ensuring clarity of desired specification.
Produce code that meets design, style and quality requirements.
Complete development activity in accordance with published plan.
Client Management:
Trouble shoot issues faced by customer on a priority basis.
Unit Testing:
Conduct unit testing for own module to ensure mapping with software specifications.
Software Debugging:
Recognize and fix implementation problems identified in the project code during development/ module integration, usability or implementability reviews.
Reporting and Documentation:
Submit task status to Reporting Manager on a daily basis.
Document code clearly and thoroughly according to the standardized style requirement.
Training and Development:
Work towards developing own skills on the specified Microsoft technologies.
Skills
Strong coding Skills on any language.
Knowledge of Programming Logic, Coding Techniques and Programming Practices.
Knowledge of end-to-end System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) techniques like Agile, Waterfall, Iterative etc.
Understanding of Graphical User Interface designing or W.I.M.P.
Basic knowledge of ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, ADO.Net
Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, XML and DHTML.
Knowledge about fundamentals of Database Designing and working with RDBMS (preferably SQL Server with knowledge of OOA and OOD concepts and techniques).
Knowledge of MS Office Suite for generating reports.
Knowledge of SharePoint, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM shall be an added advantage.
