Job Description:

Handling a store
• Handling a team
• Every day Discussing floor walk and sales report with the team
• Manpower planning for week & Next Day
• Working on DILO Ensuring all the works are done on time
• Personally Cross Checking the Physical Inventory Every Week.
• Maintaining store standard by doing proper stock display & cleaning.
• Working on Sales report on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly against targets.
• Submitting the Staff Appraisal and performance Rating to the HR department
• Maintaining all documents and filing of the same.
• Responsible for handling the entire Operational Issues inside the store.
• Attend the meeting with managements and associates daily and Discussing about Average bill value, No. of bills, Sales, Targets, Achievements, and set the plan for the day, week and month.
• Making indent for stock required for sales
• Co-coordinating with the Buyers for stocks and delivery status
• Handling all customer problems, ensuring all customers are being attended and assistance in shopping.
• Motivate the staff with staff engagement, reorganization, training to reduce store attrition level.
• Reporting to ARM on Competitor Sales.
• Strictly following & Maintaining the Negotiable and Non-Negotiable SOP’s
• Presenting the Monthly Business Review
