Purpose of the position: To monitoror supervise and administer the construction activities relating to the civil and structural and activities of topside projects including foundationsor ice protection structures and land based pipelines. To ensure the associated projects are completed according to the schedule and contractor procedures.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities / Success Factors:

Reviewing work packs for constructability.

Monitoring and supervising the construction activitiesor carried out by local and international contractors.

Ensuring the construction activities are carried out to the highest HSE standards.

Assisting in supervisingor inspection and quality of local contractors during construction and installation.

Ensuring construction and installation conform with all technical standards.

Providing technical support related to design and specification.

Actively developing the capabilities of the local and regional construction contractors with particular emphasis on HSE and Quality.

Processing Technical Queries where necessary.

Ability to process reports for senior Management.

Ensuring materials are delivered on site in time to meet schedule.

Essential criteria:

Ability to commit to travel and attend out-of-hours events.

Advanced networking skills.
