The Call Center Executive will have a range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
– interfacing with customers over the phone and through live chat to assist with bookings and answer any other related queries
– interacting with internal fleet operations staff to ensure that on-the ground process is seamless with respect to vehicle hand off
-coordinating on vehicle support issues like maintenance, accident repair, etc.
