Now to space Mobile Batua in India, our sister concern namely Alacrity Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for Resident Territory Sales Manager ( TSM ), who’ll bring us new ( B 2 B )  Clients- Distributors and/or Agents. We’re in its expansion phase and seeking to enlarge its sales team to establish our Mobile Batua across India.  

Mobile Batua enables to transfer money to anyone, pay bills, recharge mobile Air times/DTH , Bus Ticket, Railway Ticketing & many more – all through a mobile phone & web​, any time  anywhere.

​ ​Mobile Batua is constantly innovating to provide a range of innovative solutions, tailor-made to accommodate the needs of its customers.

 

 Applications are invited for Resident (Home District) Territory Sales Manager position across all districts in India.​​

Job Responsibilities: 

Set forth start with own references recruitment of eligible persons to work as Batua Distributor / Agent. 

After recruitment Monitoring & Guidance of recruited Distributor’s / Agent’s​​ in ​closing ​monthly ​set ​target​. 

Visit potential customers for new business. 

Identify new markets & business opportunities. 

Record sales & send copies to the Head Quarter. 

Review your own sales performances. 

 Prerequisites: Graduates / MBAs with Sales attitude.

The Nitty-gritty: This is not a regular office job. Desires long working hours- especially to accomplish sales target.

Remuneration: The long hours & pressure of meeting targets shall be well rewarded. Initially, during probation- Consolidated Rs. 25,000/ PM + Profit Sharing Incentive + Huge Growth Prospects. With a little experience you could earn up to Rs. Fifty Thousand per month.
