Job Description

• Listening to voice recordings that physicians and other healthcare professionals make and converting them into written reports.
• Review and edit medical documents created.
• Making US Outbound Collections calls.
• Data Validation
• Skip Tracing
• Meeting the Productivity target on a monthly basis.
• Adhere to agreed standards of quality and quantity and process all orders/ claims/ queries with a minimum 98% accuracy rate.
• Sending EOD Productivity reports to reporting supervisor.
• Exceed productivity standards; such as overall accuracy; maintaining Service Level of Agreement.
• Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed Client expectations.
• Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.

Requirements

Requirements

• Excellent Listening Skills.
• Mandatory Experience of US Audio Files Transcription. (6 months to 2 yrs)
• Undergraduates/Graduates with 6 months -3 years of International BPO experience.
• Candidates with prior International BPO experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of US Collection preferred.
• Should be open to work in Night shifts.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Working Knowledge of basic computer operations.
