Job Description
Candidate from Valves manufacturing industry background is preferable. Manage & responsible for International & Domestic Business of Valves. Experience in EPC, Projects, Oil & Gas projects, Nuclear & Thermal gas plants projects, packaged vendors. Candidate should have technical knowledge of High Pressure / Temperature Valves from piping Instrumentation Industry. Identify & Maintain database of potential list of dealers/ distributors /customers through website, references, cold calls, international exhibitions etc. for export sales. Online marketing using Ad-words etc. Develop Business strategy for international & domestic marketing. Develop distributors/ dealers network for international sales all types of Valves. Responsible for negotiations & contracts with distributors & dealers for international and domestic sales. Receive record, generate & handle overseas enquiries for industrial Valves & equipments, understand customer’s requirement & provide best solution to them as per their requirements. Conceptualizing & implementing plans in tune with macro business plans / projects. Conducting Business Strategy Planning & Analysis for assessment of revenue potential & opportunities so as to tap new business sources to achieve planned targets.
Identifying and networking with prospective clients; generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth. Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies. Conceptualizing & implementing services plans / policies for the organisation, ensuring accomplishment of business goals. Assessing requirements & conducting negotiations for delivering need based products to Key Clients.
Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels. Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business. Take feedback regarding customer satisfaction. Coordinate with service team for proactively handling customer complaints & receive customer satisfaction report. Setting up annual sales target, timely reviewing it, & meeting annual target for sales/ revenue in coordination with Managing Director & Technical Director.
Managing & training sales team to maximize marketing & business development activities for export sales. Maintain daily sales report & related documents. Timely update top management regarding progress for export sales activities.
Requirements

Job Location: Mumbai (Required candidate from Mumbai Location).
Required Age: 45 to 55 Years.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ BE/ Any Graduate.
Additional Qualification: MBA/ Management Degree- Marketing
Technical Skills: Microsoft Windows XP, Windows7, Tally & SAP.
Work Experience: More than 18 Years in Valves Sales.
Salary Package: Negotiable.
