Answer customer e-mails and Chats

Answer customer calls/makes call related to query resolution

Responsible for resolving customer query related to product, services and billing

Requirements

Candidate Profile:-

->Must be excellent in Written and Verbal communication

->Minimum qualification required is Graduation

->Must be comfortable with 6 days ,Day Shift

 

Salary

12,000 to 16,000 in Hand depending upon experience

Standard 9:30AM to 6:30PM
