Job Description

Facility Management. Monitoring housekeeping, security & canteen. General Administration of Office & Company. Vendor management – (Telecom, Stationary, Logistic, etc.) & taking care of their payments. Asset Management – Keep all the details of the asset available in the office & factory. Travel Management – Arranging travel booking, hotel reservations, other issues etc… (For Directors). Taking care of day to day Administration activities. Arranging employee need such as travel booking, hotel reservations, other issues etc… Document maintenance such as Lease agreement, Housekeeping contract, AMC, ESIC, PF, Shop Act etc… Completing joining / exist formalities of the employee. Maintaining attendance of the staff & housekeeping & calculating leave balance. Handling employee assessment and review recruitment and hiring. Employee joining and leaving formalities. Maintain records of uniform, shoes, insurance policies, good attendance & advance. Managing payroll using Tally ERP- 9. Handling ESIC for the local staff. Proficiency in Salary Preparation, Time office management, conducting training & development programmes, inductions and recruitment strategies. Maintain attendance register for Wages & Salary of the Organization. Employees Master, payroll updating & input for salary related payments & deductions. Developing employee welfare facilities.

Requirements

Post: HR- Generalist (Female).
Job Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai (Required candidate from Dombivili/ Panvel Location).
Age Limit: 24 to 30 Years Only.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation.
Additional Qualification: MBA- HR.
Technical Skills: MS- Office, Tally- ERP, Payroll Software & Internet Surfing.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Corporate Industry.
Salary Package: Negotiable.
