Job Description

• Looking for professionals with 2-3 years experience for Sales Lead generation and Cold Calling
• Only Night Shifts
• Should have hands on experience in Web Research, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Lead Database Management,Appointment Setting, and Lead Nurturing

1. Leads generation

Work with sales manager to understand the area of focus and generate leads in the specific industry segment using internet search and social media

2. Market Research
Work with sales manager to understand the area of focus and do market research to understand markets and specific service requirement using internet search and social media.

3. Calling – Calls will be multipronged
Make cold calls to generate business using the leads generated and based upon the market research. Target people/companies etc who have service requirements for the services provided by Transcription Hub.
Take calls for inquiries, provide information and convert to sale
Take calls and provide information to customers as part of customer service

4. Emailing – Emailing will be multipronged.
Cold emails soliciting business similar to cold calls will be made.
Email replies to inquiries to convert to sale
Reply to customers when a query comes in
