Job Description

Should be able to adapt to middleast recruiting techniques and market

Should be able to Clearly understand the client requirements, job specifications through meetings and discussions with client-servicing team

Should to be able to Fulfill the requirements, head-hunting the candidate, co-ordination with the candidate.(Posses strong Head Hunting Skills)

Through research and network of contacts, identifying the candidates likely to fit the required profile and establish contacts with them discreetly

Sourcing, Screening and short listing of profiles based on the skill set provided by the client

Participate in drives conducted by the company

Pre-screen (Personal and Telephonic) candidates to test suitability

Maintained an active database of the candidates’ profiles and other related documents

Ensure that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for the requirement

Utilize social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to advertise open positions and connect with relevant candidates

Identify the new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

Qualification: Intermediate pass/any graduate with 6 months-3 years

Freshers with good understanding of full recruitment cycle also preferred

Should have good communication skills (Hindi and English)

Should be willing to work Six days

Should have basic Ms office knowledge

Salary based on experience and performance in the interview.
