Job Description

3+ years of hands on experience using SharePoint server 2010.
• Should be very familiar with InfoPath, forms services, workflows and designer (using office designer or visual studio).
• Must have experience in centralizing/replacing disparate forms throughout the organization
• Must have strong knowledge customizing form templates
• Must have the ability to Creating new forms from scratch, defining form actions, conditionally formatting fields, publishing newly created forms
• Must also be very familiar initiating workflow actions
• Should be very familiar with concepts like client object and server objects
• Must be proficient with SQL and should have worked with SQL Server very strong

Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and inter-personnel skills. Should be a team player.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with business teams to understand and interpret functional and non-functional requirements.
