Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 8+ years of professional experience working as a senior engineer with hands on experience.

· Proven background with the Microsoft technology platform as an architect and designer of n-tier, component based, and service oriented enterprise applications.

· Excellent large-scale design and implementation skills with broad and deep experience in algorithms, performance tuning and multi-threaded programming using C/C++/C#.

· Must have expert knowledge in C#, NET Framework, WPF, C++, at least one Database, Design patterns and UML.

· Software Engineering discipline and an unfailing commitment to high quality and introducing coding best practices with experience working in Agile-SCRUM and Test Driven development methodologies.

· Demonstrated track record of on-time, on-budget software release while solving challenging technical problems.

· Previous experience implementing, enterprise level, desktop/web applications with focus on scalability, security and consumer acceptance.

· Experience of rewriting/refactoring/re-architecture and scaling application. Must fully understand the Windows Operating Systems Internals and prior experience on performance tuning is highly desirable….
