Cross checking the screened profiles & conducting preliminary rounds of interview of the candidates through phone against the interview to the map the suitability of the candidate Clients requirements.

Mentoring the candidate about Clients profile, requirement specification and preparing him/her to face the interview and at the same time validating the candidate interest on the requirement.

Ensuring continuous follow-up with the candidate offered with the Client till him/her joins.

Handling Salary negotiation & Candidate joining formalities.

Preparing required reports and maintaining database.

Calling up other hospitals, getting new contracts and new candidates…
