Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical specifications

Develop PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Payroll tax and regulatory updates

Develop fixes for critical product defects

Perform thorough unit testing on all updates

Support QA team during testing cycles

Assist with creation of client facing documentation for Rimini Street software deliverables

Provide input on continuous process improvement

Minimal Qualifications

Expertise with PeopleSoft development and debugging

Superb trouble shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving

Must be able to solve complex application problems

Extreme focus on quality and Client satisfaction

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong verbal and written communication skills
