Job Description
We are currently hiring for Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representatives to work from Virtual Locations (Home Based).
We hire people (both as employees and independent contractors) to work from home in our contact call center. Its a great way to get started working form home.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to inbound / Outbound calls.
Actively going through to the customer requirement, taking their request for product or services.
Provide required information to the customer.
Informs the customer of the estimated time of delivery for out of stock products.
Required Education and Experience:
Any 10th, 12th, Graduate, Post Graduate or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 months experience in pre sales service
Ability to speak fluent English, Hindi & Local Language
Working expertise with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

*Salary – Depends on Skills and competency (Starting INR 12000/- Per Month to INR 30000/- Per Month) + Weekly Incentives.
