Job Description

The Team Lead – Operations has the responsibility to ensure a service-oriented and professional working environment, supervising the performance of team members and executing necessary actions for their motivation when required.
He/ She should have sound knowledge of all reporting aspects, communications terminology and technology, and organizational procedures of a call centre setup.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Responsibility to motivate and inspire the team to surpass their potential as much as possible.
 Facilitate communication cross functionally among the members of team and resolve issues if any.
 Work for meeting the departmental objectives, including conversion targets, and lead generation.
 Monitor closely the development and continuous improvement for the entire team on a day-to-day basis.
 Create a good working environment and sense of ownership within the employees.
 Responsible for communicating the company’s purpose, core values, vision to the employees.
 Continuously strive for new ways continually, to increase the opportunities of sales.
 He or she also has to handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.
 Duty to carry out team meetings on weekly/ monthly basis.
 Documentation such as reports on each team member’s performance and targets.

Education, Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management or any related field from an accredited institution.
• Min 2 years past working experience as a Team Lead in call center/Customer Relationship Management/ related activities.
• Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes.
• Exceptional analytical and listening skills to do the job perfectly.
• Ability to operate in a call center environment as a leader.
• Knowledge of operating several voice-logging systems and tools and should be very thorough with that.
• Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours as well as in strict environment.
• Natural flair for coaching, motivating, and interacting with people.
• Negotiation and problem solving skills.
