Must Have Duties and Responsibilities:

Processes accounting ledger/books of record and regulatory reporting for STAT/GAAP/TAX bases

Produces and responsible for operational and risk activities for pricing requests, custody, loan and credit facilities, account administration, monitoring receivables and billing collections.

Will lead preparation and filing of tax for insurance company at the municipal and state level.

Monitor and support all risk escalation chain issues regarding client accounting and suspicious activities.

Provides ongoing analysis and supports the M&A team in building models and preparing pre-acquisition accounting records.

Experience:

Accounting or Finance Degree

At least 5 years of related experience within the US insurance industry.

Relationship management or TPA experience would be helpful

Investment Accounting Ledger Experience Preferred
