• Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
• Supervise a building’s operations and maintenance, real estate, communication, finance, facility function, technology integration, and environmental factors
• Handling complete Facilities and infra structure of office and liaising with contractors and clients for the same.
• Liasioning with external agencies (police / municipalities / corporation / premise security agencies / Premises Co-op Society)and government
• Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly
• Liaison to association attorney for legal aspects of association administration
• Vendor Management & Office Administration & STPI management
• Asset Management Of All Site Operations Assets Across Multiple Locations.
• Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts and AMCs
• Maintaining record of AMC (Computers , AC, Cars, Pest Control, Insurance , etc) & taking care of Corporate office & Branch Office.
• Keeping records of Utility Payments
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Liaising with auditors to ensure daily/monthly/annual monitoring is carried out
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as ESI, PF etc.
• Fully Handling Setting up new Office & Office Shifting in new location and oversee renovation projects
• Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guest
