Job Description-
+Recruit Advisors( Agents) and make them sell policies to achieve the Targets
+Sell policies directly and indirectly (through advisors)
+Counseling and motivating the advisors
+Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
+Involves field sales
Recruiting , Managing and motivating a team of financial advisors working on part time and on commission basis and do sales through them .
Reporting to Branch Manager .
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents – Identify, recruit and manage advisors.
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business through customers.
Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
Seek new customers and increase sales .
Looking graduates / diploma holders with minimum 6 months of experience in any industry . MBA freshers can also apply .
CTC : 1.8 – 2.15 Lakhs per annum + incentives .
Requirements
+ Looking graduates / diploma holders with 6 months of experience . Experience in financial sector will be an added advantage .Candidates from insurance , pharma , telecom , banking , preferred
+Should have experience in Sales
+Should be 25 years of age and above
+should have prior exp in the location candidate is applying
