Job Description

1. To ensure the achievement of sales target of Domestic Formulation as well as product-wise target monthly and ensure continuous development of team members for desired growth.

2. To be responsible for the man-power planning, recruitments, effective training, monitoring and motivation of the field force for ensuring the desired productivity and the achievement of specified sales target from his team.

3. To be responsible for effective sales forecasting and devising sales tactics to achieve the sales targets.

4. To be responsible for giving important feed back with regards to the market condition and the performance evaluation of his team members.

5. To effectively liaison by maintaining good relations while looking after needs of his team members, stockiest, distributors, customers and the Management.

6. To achieve overall Sales Budgets and product-wise Targets.

7. To conduct effective training and development of the field staff on the field as well as short classroom training.
