Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Within the set guidelines of the organization, ensures each and every client is met with, prior to the treatment, and a detailed medical history, investigation forms are obtained for those clients who wish to consult, in order to ascertain the line of therapy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To do the Prakruti analysis, BP Check and pulse rate.

2. To brief the client with the treatment procedures during the consult and to ensure all doubts / queries are cleared as per the herbs are concerned.

3. To be constantly aware of the new herbs for improvement in treatment for different plans.

4. To have excellent communication with clients and co-workers.

5. To establish and maintain effective client relations.

6. To ensure the comfort of the client at all times during the program, and a follow up call to ensure the plan is working fine for the clients.

7. To ensure all herbs received from the Warehouse are in proper packing i.e. with labels, manufacturing date.

8. To ensure that all necessary certificates are placed in the centre as per herbs are concerned.

9. To ensure that consultation is provided with least disturbance to the client.

10. To attend all training programs as assigned

11. To assist clients to make a booking for the next appointment.

12. To maintain a record of all clients in the technical register.

13. To maintain record on a daily basis for the number of clients with their status.

14. To prepare food plan for packed program clients and discuss it with the Sr. Doctor.

15. Responsible to conduct training on a specific agenda during the meeting as per the schedule.

16. Responsible for visit at centers for analysis of the treatment.

17.Performs any other duties, as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
