Job Description

Responsibilities
To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations pro-forma & invoices to our customers as required and to be able to do so independently.
To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to Banquet business
To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
To maintain good relations with our customers
To maintain an efficient working environment between banquet operations, reservations, regional sales team, reservations and to be able to liase between customer and operations.
To create function prospectus for forthcoming events, conference checklists.
To maintain record of RFP acceptance, update banquet pipeline, operate banquet reservation software among other reports
To be able to co-ordinate a sales call on behalf of the catering sales executive.
Co-ordinating with the advertising agency and printers on advertising and promotion
Specifications
A good standard of numeracy is required to ensure accuracy of quotations,
Candidate should be able to clearly communicate on email.
Some sales / customer service experience (a minimal experience in executing sales procedures on the phone)
Polite and persuasive, Enthusiastic, hard working, well- organised and able to prioritise
Customer service skills
Able to meet deadlines – self- starter. Able to work with others, and willing to contribute to team

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any stream
Salary Payable : Negotiable+Accomodation
Candidate should have good hand exposure in the same designation of executive.
Candidate should be within the Age limit of 26 years or below.
