CAPITOL:
It is a technical process. Candidate should be aware of basic technical knowledge like IP Address, Safe Mode, Ping Command. US shift
INTUIT:
It is a semi-technical process. A bit of upselling is also required. It is related to software queries. Basic Technical knowledge. US shift
AMAZON:
It is related to website queries. US shift.
PLATINUM AIRTEL:
It is a domestic process.
UAL:
It is a travel process. It is also in Band 4. 3650 is the maximum incentive
Package in Band4 for UAL: is upto 3.03L.
SPRINT:
It is a non-voice process. 1 yr of international bpo exp or international c
hat/email exp is required. US shift It is Band 4 maximum package- 4.08L
Band 5
INTUIT:
It is also in band 5. Designation- SME. Candidates working in this profile after 18 months can opt for AM level in IJP.
Max sal- 4.30L(27k)+ 4k incentives.
